In Tantra, the void is also called “The Ground of Being”. It is the space that holds everyone and everything in its great, unfathomable stillness. When you touch it in meditation and truly surrender to it, it envelops you, suffuses you, becomes you. And then you notice what it really is: the birthplace of love.
The void gives rise to love. And it is out of this love, through this love, as this love, that everything comes into being.
The void is void, and yet it is full, as full as anything can be. And yet, void too, for without its pure emptiness, devoid of all that is, there would be no place for love to arise from.
